HA FILLERS
Information and price list
WHAT IS HYALURONIC ACID (HA)?
HA a polysaccharide molecule which is one of the chief components of connective tissue, forming a gelatinous matrix that surrounds cells. As we have Hyaluronic acid naturally occurring in our bodies, fillers are a fantastic way to improve facial lines as well as augmenting the lips (for a fuller, more hydrated look), and to enhance volume to lift the face for a more youthful appearance. As time goes by, our faces lose collagen, elastin and fat which in turn can drop the cheek muscles to promote deeper lines around the nose and mouth. Hyaluronic acid fillers are non permanent and are used to re-fill the muscle and fat loss under the skin to lift, support and rebalance the facial structure. The soft results are visible immediately after the treatment, can look even better at 2-4 weeks after the procedure and (depending on product) can usually last between 6-18 months. Hyaluronic acid hydration fillers can also be used to improve and smooth out the 'crepey' skin appearance of the décolletage, under eye area and backs of hands.

There may be some swelling. redness, bruising and mild soreness after the procedure, however these symptoms do settle within 24-72 hours depending on area. Bruising may persist for up to 2 weeks. Immediate results will be seen straight after, but it may take up to 4 weeks for the product to settle and tissue integrate, therefore some minor lumps/bumps may be felt during this time. It’s not advised to massage unless directed by the practitioner.
Your injector will advise you of all the adverse side effects that can happen in consultation and when it would be appropriate to contact the clinic depending on symptoms.
Please note: We would also advise to leave a minimum of 2 week recovery after a filler treatment before going to any special occasion or holiday... just incase you bruise!
